Letting Agent Accreditation Fees 2023

We offer a sliding scale of annual accreditation fees for letting agents based on the number of properties under management.  This deliberately includes a low rate for smaller organisations to make it accessible, encouraging delivery of best practice from the very beginning of an agencies entry to the lettings market.  Accreditation fees are reviewed annually.

All annual accreditation fees go straight back into supporting landlords and letting agents through the provision of information and training sessions, created and continually developed by a team dedicated to assisting those working in the industry to succeed.
