Elspeth Boyle
LAS Director
Elspeth has been with LAS for over 17 years and is committed to enabling all those working in the PRS to deliver the highest standards in the industry. Having spent so long immersed in the sector, she firmly believes it’s a great industry to work in and one where skill and genuine care can go hand in hand. Elspeth oversees the creation of our training offering and hosts many of our in-house sessions, working with agents to create bespoke material that matches their business needs. She also works across the sector more widely, speaking at events and working with other industry stakeholders to promote best practice, bringing her wealth of PRS experience to LETWELL and beyond.
Katrina Meldrum
Business Support Manager
Katrina is responsible for the daily operation of LAS including management of external partnerships to maximise collaborative efforts, as well as leading the wider administration team. Katrina has a background in training and education. She believes strongly in best practice is an advocate for continuous learning. If you want to know more about what LAS can do for you either through accrediting your business or developing skills, Katrina will be happy to talk to you.
Louise Douglas
Accreditation Coordinator
Louise has worked in the property industry for over 20 years, developing properties, as a landlord and a letting agent. She is the contact point for all accredited landlords and letting agents as well as hosting LAS webinars and letting agent development programmes.
Charlotte Edmondson
LAS Training Programme Manager
Charlotte is your go to call for all things LETWELL and CPD. If you have queries about LETWELL or our training and qualification programmes, you can give Charlotte a call or email and she will be delighted to help.
Koralia Majiec
Administrator
Koralia keeps all LAS data organised and up to date, ensuring the team has the information needed to communicate efficiently. Her attention to detail and dedication make her an invaluable member of the team.
Jacqui Steel
Customer Success Co-ordinator
Jacqui is the person you’ll speak to when you get in touch with LAS, making sure you’re pointed in exactly the right direction to get the best outcome. She puts together our CPD packages, helps landlords find the sessions that suit them best, and keeps us focused on delivering the same high standard of care we ask of our accredited landlords and agents.
Adam Gordon
Training & Webinar Facilitator
Adam is the friendly face at LAS training and events. With an academic background, he ensures every session runs smoothly, helping attendees feel relaxed and confident. Working closely with Charlotte, he plays a key role in delivering the annual training programme.
