Elspeth Boyle
LAS Director
Elspeth has been with LAS for over 15 years and is passionate about enabling all those working in the PRS to deliver the highest standards in the industry. Elspeth oversees the creation of our training offering and webinars and hosts many of our bespoke and in-house sessions bringing all her private rental sector experience to our customers at our LETWELL sessions and more.
Nicky Webster
Operations Manager
Nicky is responsible for the day to day operations and systems of LAS, as well as managing the wider administration team. Nicky has worked in the PRS sector for many years leading teams and is also LETWELL qualified. If you want to know more about LAS or would like to discuss any aspect of the service we offer, Nicky will be happy to talk to you.
Emily Fallon
LAS Events Manager
Emily runs the LAS webinar programme as well as our in person events. If you would like to find out more about any of our training offerings, how they work and how to book Emily will be happy to go through these with you. Emily is also your first point of call if you are looking for sponsorship opportunities.
Charlotte Edmondson
LETWELL Coordinator
Charlotte is your go to call for all things LETWELL and CPD. If you have queries about LETWELL or our training and qualification programmes, you can give Charlotte a call or email and she will be delighted to help.
Rachel Fleming
Accreditation Coordinator
Rachel is the accreditation coordinator for LAS and is on hand to help all of our accredited agents and landlords. Call Rachel if you are an accredited agent or landlord in need of assistance, or if you would like to apply for accreditation.
Jacqui Steel
Administrator
Jacqui is the administrator at LAS and can help you with all bookings and training queries you have. If your team requires training or CPD and you are not sure where to go, Jacqui will be able to help.
