What does the LETWELL Qualification mean?

This requirement has been in place since 31st January 2018. LAS created the LETWELL Programme leading to the CIH level 3 certificate in letting and managing residential property to ensure the highest quality in learning and qualifications, allowing agents to meet the legal requirement for qualified staff. By partnering with the Charted Institute of Housing, we could ensure that those undertaking the learning and assessment programme would have a recognised professional industry body awarding the qualification with the respect that this brings.
