Elspeth Boyle
LAS Director
Elspeth has been with LAS for over 15 years and is passionate about enabling all those working in the PRS to deliver the highest standards in the industry. Elspeth oversees the creation of our training offering and webinars and hosts many of our bespoke and in-house sessions bringing all her private rental sector experience to our customers at our LETWELL sessions and more.
Katrina Meldrum
Operations Manager
Katrina is responsible for the daily operation of LAS including management of external partnerships to maximise collaborative efforts, as well as leading the wider administration team. Katrina has a background in training and education. She believes strongly in best practice is an advocate for continuous learning. If you want to know more about what LAS can do for you either through accrediting your business or developing skills, Katrina will be happy to talk to you.
Louise Douglas
Accreditation Coordinator
Louise has worked in the property industry for over 20 years, developing properties, as a landlord and a letting agent. She is the contact point for all accredited landlords and letting agents as well as hosting LAS webinars and letting agent development programmes.
Charlotte Edmondson
LAS Training Programme Manager
Charlotte is your go to call for all things LETWELL and CPD. If you have queries about LETWELL or our training and qualification programmes, you can give Charlotte a call or email and she will be delighted to help.

Jacqui Steel
Training and Accreditation Administrator
Jacqui is the administrator at LAS and can help you with all bookings and training queries you have. If your team requires training or CPD and you are not sure where to go, Jacqui will be able to help.
