Landlord Accreditation Scotland
Housing Associations
Landlord Accreditation Scotland delivers learning and development for Scotland’s social housing organisations who deliver mid-market rentals.
Since the introduction of Scottish legislation regulating the letting agent industry, housing associations offering mid-market tenancies have found themselves involved in private rented sector (PRS) activity and having to register with the Scottish Government as letting agents.
Housing associations now find that they must have suitably qualified staff delivering the tenancy management aspects of their mid-market portfolios and have a programme of CPD in place to meet registration renewal criteria. Landlord Accreditation Scotland have been delivering Scotland’s most respected letting agent qualification programme and relevant ongoing training since 2017.

CPD courses and bespoke training
Our core information sessions and more specialised CPD training are undertaken by thousands of letting agents annually. The training provides learners with practical day to day property and tenancy management skills alongside sessions aimed at providing a detailed look at the overarching legislation and ongoing compliance.
LAS work closely with housing associations to develop the right training solutions to help develop their teams, tailored to suit specific needs.
