Fee Structure
By requesting a place to attend any of our training
modules/webinars, you are confirming your agreement with the
corresponding terms and conditions.
As specified, cancellations and amendments may
incur a chargeable fee. These are detailed below:
Delegate Amendments & Cancellations:
· For training module/webinar transfers:
o If the delegate wishes to transfer to an alternative training module/webinar, this will only be permitted once free of charge.
o Any subsequent requests to transfer will incur an administration fee of £5.00.
· For training module/webinar cancellations:
o If a cancellation is made no later than 5 working days prior to the training module/webinar date, a refund will be offered, minus an administration fee of £5.00.
· For delegate substitution:
o Substitution of a delegate will be permitted once free of charge per course.
o Any subsequent requests to substitute delegates will incur an administration fee of £5.00 per course
All prices include VAT charged at the current UK VAT rate of 20%.
CPD Certification:
· Accredited Letting Agents[1] will be sent a certificate of formal CPD hours free of charge.
· Non-Accredited Letting Agents attending LACP/LIP/CPD training modules/webinars, will be sent a certificate of formal CPD hours for the attended session free of charge.
· Non-Accredited Letting Agents attending Core Information/Best Practice webinars will only be sent a certificate of CPD hours for the attended session if formally requested and subject to payment of an administrative fee of £10.00.
· Non-Accredited Letting Agents can request duplicate/replacement copies of certificates previously issued subject to payment of an administrative fee of £10.00.
· Non-Accredited Letting Agents can request a summary record of all training undertaken with Landlord Accreditation Scotland if formally requested subject to payment of an administrative fee of £25.00.
