Tenant Survey

Your landlord / letting agent has been accredited by Landlord Accreditation Scotland (LAS). Part of being accredited means that the landlord / letting agent has to tell us the addresses of the properties they let. We ask for these addresses so that we can contact the tenant living at that property from time to time to ask how tenancies are being managed. We do this by sending out a survey for you to complete. We don’t have any of your personal details. We only know that this property has/had a private landlord.

The survey takes less than five minutes to complete.

The survey responses can be anonymous, and all responses will be confidential unless you want us to follow up with you on any information you provide.
