This is why we developed the Lettings in Practice Programme, specific training for Scottish Letting Agents.

We know that prior to the creation of this programme there was nothing else out there to support agents in getting newly employed staff up to the standard employers needed. We also know that even if you employ a staff member with lettings experience, that lettings experience may not be what you had hoped for.
