Dealing with anti-social behaviour - the requirement for evidence

Anti-social behaviour during a tenancy is generally well managed in the private rented sector, but there are occasions when matters become un-manageable and the only option is to serve notice to bring the tenancy to an end.

This webinar helps you to gain an understanding of the communication and evidence-gathering processes required when dealing with the challenges of anti-social behaviour to ensure you are in the best position when making an application for eviction to the Housing and Property Chamber, First-tier Tribunal (FtT).

Topics include:

  • Understanding what is classed as anti-social behaviour
  • Satisfying the eviction grounds
  • Gathering evidence and presenting it to the FtT

This session can be booked without having attended other webinars. LAS has webinars for landlords and letting agents which deal with the earlier stages of this process when you are looking to resolve/manage tenant behaviour.
